Today is the day

that will lead to

no more todays tomorrow

because everything is so wrecked and ruined

and you’re already late to work

and your boss will show you

how much more wrecked and ruined

things can get

which makes you want to get wrecked and ruined

till you’re a wreck and a ruin

of you

but laugh

go on

for you always have

laughed and went

during the wreckage and ruination

that would stop anyone

who wants to be around you

and compliment you on isolation

while you drift away

into the company of loneliness
