how many more times can i love you, can i listen to your laughter calling my name. i am in the green, dressed in it, wearing it in its first forms and words. the pants ride up. the socks look like roots. you tell me how you are lucky to see me as i am, as i do not. there i am sleeping, blessed by sun. the hills hold me as a secret. i move my body against the waters yet to be. you stand above me. i ask you to move cloud. do not reign over me. you lay beside my body, hold my hand, show me that nature still rules where we are weakest. soon we get up in silence, though the blades try to echo our form one more time.
